Qualification criteria
Admission of candidates is based on average grades in examinations and credits obtained in the course of attending Bachelor's (or equivalent) long-cycle programmes.
Candidates applying for admission to studies may apply to any number of major programmes, but they may be admitted only to one major.
The launching of the programme is conditioned by an appropriate number of candidates.

Registration of candidates: from 7 June to 19 September 2021.
NOTE!
Foreign candidates who hold the above mentioned degree from outside of Poland may apply for Master’s programmes at CUE only if their diploma has been legalized and entitles to apply for Master’s programmes in the country of issue.
In order to verify if the above mentioned diploma issued outside of Poland entitles to apply for Master studies in Poland, it’s necessary to send the following documents to the Teaching Department (studiainfo@uek.krakow.pl): copy of the diploma and transcript of records translated into Polish.
Application fee
Candidate shall make payment of application fee for admission procedure. In the academic year 2021/22 the fee is 85 PLN - for each chosen study programme. Payment should be made into individual account numbers generated in Internetowa Rekrutacja Kandydatów/IRK – Online Candidate Admissions/, latest on the last day of registration.
The account number and amount of the payment will appear in Payment tab. after choising study programme.

Fees for studies held in English
Tuition fee: 4 700 PLN/per semester
The total fee is payable for the first semester, while payments in instalments are accepted for subsequent semesters.
Date and place of announcement of results
The admission results will be announced on 24 September 2021 on the candidates' accounts in the Online Candidate Admissions/IRK.
Confirmation of undertaking studies
Foreigners qualified for admission shall submit required documents from 25 to 29 September 2021 (saturday, monday, tuesday, wednesday).
1. Copy of diploma of completing first cycle studies and copy of diploma suplement (along with legalization or apostille and with a translation into Polish) – the originals available for review. In the case of the lack of diploma, certificate of completing first cycle studies,
2. Printout of personal questionnaire – from Online Candidate Admissions (the questionnaire is available in the Enrollment application – Documents and further steps. Before printing out the questionnaire, you should enter the appropriate diploma number and the date of issue of document)
3. Proof of English language competence: English certificate (original and copy),
4. Copy of passport/ID Card – the original available for reviev,
5. Statement about citizenship (form is available for download from university’s website),
6. original and copy of visa or residence permit,
7. original and copy of health insurance.
